With 6 strong years focused on artist management and development, she has helped guide artists to major milestones, including landing spots on The Voice, performing on Broadway, securing brand deals, and achieving millions of streams across digital platforms. Carly specializes in digital music marketing and social media strategy, highlighting the transformative impact these tools have on how artists promote and share their work. 

In addition to her work with Serenity Projects, she leads marketing and social efforts at AMP Music, a music distribution and publishing company, and serves as a senior talent manager at Grail Talent.
