Michael Carroll is a multidisciplinary marketer, investor, manager, creative director, and the founder of Charlotte’s Webb, a global marketing and business consulting agency specializing in authentic storytelling and cultural impact. With close to 20 years of experience, Michael has led campaigns that fuse strategy, community, and compelling visuals—including a gold-plaque–winning campaign that helped propel Armani White’s “Billie Eilish” to the biggest TikTok record in the world and going 4× platinum in Australia. He currently manages Taylor Gang’s Fedd the God, who just finished a 40 show, multi-leg tour this summer.
Under his leadership, Charlotte’s Webb has produced hundreds of short films, content pieces, documentaries, music videos and digital strategies for artists, nonprofits, government entities, and as well as being apart of the team that earned a Grammy-nomination. Michael also has a public service background: he currently serves as the Public Information Officer for Allegheny County Economic Development and apart of the team that led digital marketing efforts for Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato.
